Hancock Chimney helped me have a safe and warm winter this year thanks to the sweep and inspection I asked for them to do !! My 33 year old Harthstone, radient soapstone ,wood stove was due for both. I phoned them,first time. They did their job and recommended I replace the cracked tiles and install a stainless steel flu since it was evident I had had a chimney fire.
