Hancock Chimney helped me have a safe and warm winter this year thanks to the sweep and inspection I asked for them to do !! My 33 year old Harthstone, radient soapstone ,wood stove was due for both. I phoned them,first time. They did their job and recommended I replace the cracked tiles and install a stainless steel flu since it was evident I had had a chimney fire. Yes, I was concerned about the diagnosis but Forrest came across as a person to be trusted. After talking to my insurance agent, he sent another chimney inspect... read more
