Joe Ruiz is the best barber in Prescott. The lighting in there is terrible and he still holds it down.
I am new to Prescott and found out about the shop via PAYP. Had a cut with Damian and he did an awesome job. The shop is beautiful and a lot of fun to hang out in. Looking forward to my next cut.
