Absolute pleasure doing business with Hancock Auto. In the past, I have bought 4 cars from Scott Hancock and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the exceptional quality of the vehicles and the personal attention received during my buying experience.
I test drove a vehicle, which clearly needed work, and asked if I could have a mechanic inspect it. They said yes, and so I set up an appointment at the Toyota dealership for the inspection. I was called about 5 minutes after leaving, Hancock Auto, and was informed that i could not have it inspected at the Toyota dealership. They claimed it was a "conflict of interest" and the Toyota dealership was going to sell me one of their vehicles instead. They told me that only local mechanics were ok.
