The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, and Dr. Shahul is an excellent doctor, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The nurse who took my blood, Maddy, did a wonderful job and was very professional and friendly. The recent renovations are also a big improvement compared to a few years ago, the clinic now feels clean, modern, and well organised.

Too many patients and so little time. Patients can't help but feel the 'one on one' consultations with doctors are quickly rushed out the door. As a result, regular patients become disillusioned with being just another number, especially paying big money for less than a 5 minute consult. There is no time to develop a good patient/ doctor relationship and trust, which is what you really want out of a GP.
If you make an appointment with this practice, expect to wait 45mins or more past your agreed appointment time.. This is consistent with every vist. Dr's are ok, its just thay dont manage time. Stackem and forgettem.
