DDS Choe installed a crown on my wife's front tooth that is too short. During this appointment to install the crown, they had to stop the installation procedure and send my wife home for 2 hours while they sent someone to another dentist office to get a tool that they required to complete the installation. After my wife returned to the dentist to complete the procedure, the doctor did not notice that the crown was too short. My wife came home after the procedure very upset and told me what happened. Dr. Cozy was so patient and understanding. She address all of my questions and was very patient with my dental anxiety.
Dr. Grace was very informative and listening and addressed all my concerns.
Beware!!! We are trying to recover. I hope this warning helps at least one family not get hurt by this unknowledgeable and nonattentive dentist.
This place & doc is a rip off!! Beware!!!
She listened to all of my concerns, gave me pros and cons to the each option for treatment and took the time to make sure I understood everything. The dentist is an intimidating place for me and she really helped me feel informed. The rest of the staff was also very nice and professional. Answered all my questions.
