Always a wonderful experience at Hana re with Chef Atsushi and his wonderful staff. I enjoy the chef’s creativity that expands beyond just sushi and sashimi dishes. A meal here is more like a journey to Japan through the life experiences of the Chef. Each dish is beautifully served and many are sensitively adapted seasonally. A hidden gem in OC.
