My father, a lung cancer patient at the hospital was under Dr. Hananel care. When we went for a follow up visit, he checked my father's records in the computer. He didn't even look at my father. His office visit wasn't more than five minutes. I know lungs are not Dr. Hananel expertise but he is a medical doctor. Dr. Hananel was very professional and friendly. He listened to my problem and then ordered the test that he felt I needed. He spent as much time with me as I required. His staff was amazing, friendly, and as helpfull as possible. Even though he was full the day I called, They still made room for me.

This Doctor saved my life. I neglected warnings for prostate cancer (psi test ) because I didn't feel any problems. Dr. Vincent Kau told me I had no choice that my levels were too high so I finally agreed to see him. After a couple of test I was told to go to start treatments right away. I kept all of my appointments until i was finally told I was Cancer Free. I'm forever grateful for my 2 doctors and Houston Metro Urology. now I can live longer and see my grandchildren grow up.
This MD was consulted in the hospital setting. He took three days to come and when he did he started the conversation with “why are you eating you are on the OR schedule for today” Really? Who are you and why am I having surgery? He then says “I havent read your chart or looked at your films but...”. Done listening. I asked for his card and he told me I didnt need one because he “was there all weekend”. Said he would look at my chart and be back. Never saw him again. Fired him the next day and got another MD to care for me. ... read more
He is extremely nice and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.
The Doctor was great. He is personable, great listeners, and empathetic to all of my concerns. I would like would like to recommend him without reservations.
