It seems from the beginning our doctor had a defeated attitude. On my first ultrasound she told me she was "disappointed with what she saw". Really? YOU'RE disappointed?? IVF is very challenging and a defeated attitude from the get-go, when you are trying to create life doesn't serve anyone.
