Awful experience with hana hardwood for new installation of 2nd story floors and stairs and railing for stairs. All work done by subcontractors and owner never checks on quality of work and expects customers to do that and correct all the mistakes. owner just stops by to collect the check for the progress payments. his bookkeeper doesn't record all the checks paid and owner comes by to request extra progress payment which is more that the invoice. owner brings the wrong baseboard ... read more
