I placed an order for flowers, and within 30 minutes I called the shop to cancel my order. They refused to cancel my order stating that the delivery was already on its way. I told them I requested a picture once they finished the arrangement so how could the delivery be on its way when I was told the order would be delivered before noon? The lady hung up on me stating “No you cannot cancel, you are not allowed to cancel”. I called back and she said “ I am busy, bud and hung up on me. Ordered flowers for my wife’s Dad Shiro’s funeral. We referred several cousins and they ordered 3 $250 expensive sprays of which 2 were duplicates of 2 of the 3 we ordered that were $900. They did not put Beloved Husband on the casket spray as ordered and substituted 2 small baskets with Grandfather (he’s wasn’t a Grandfather) on them instead of the 2 expensive sprays we ordered in addition to the casket spray.
