Scheduled an appt for a tenant between certain hours. No one showed up or called during the set appointment. Called multiple times and was told they would follow up with a "tech" and call back. Never got any call backs. They have a very weird/unorganized voicemail service. Even got a text saying that they can't talk right now. A single call back would have sufficed with an update.
