I have no choice to leave this review It has been 12 days since they told me the cremation would be done in two days, yet it still has not been completed. There have been nothing but excuses. Every day, they say they are too busy. I honestly cannot understand this level of delay. They also promised to send the ashes to Korea, but at this point, I have no idea when that will happen.
