We have been there several times for breakfast and the food and service has been outstanding.
I love this diner the food is always hot and fresh. Coffee is great. They make homemade cakes which are simply scrumptious! Its most definitely Hampstead's Gem!
Very slow service so definitely do not go if you are in a hurry. Food was just okay, average, nothing special.
Just discovered this "hidden" gem this morning. What a great breakfast spot! Awesome cheesy grits and every kind of pancake, waffle or French Toast you can imagine.
Meh. Had high hopes of a great diner but wasn't really impressed. My husband said he would go back but not run back, and I feel the same way. It wasn't terrible where I wouldn't come back but certainly will be going other places before we try it again. We came on a Sunday and it was busy but no wait thankfully. Must get in this order in one meal....1 corn pancake...order of chip beef on white toast 4 piece... 3 eggs over easy with xtra crispy bacon and home fries like potatoe chip style medium well....top it all offf with high test coffee and a piece of fresh home made coconut cake with a chocolate milk shake with vanilla ice cream...The Berger Breakfast....i challenge you to eat everything...I can...
Love this place! Great food, large selection and great prices. Service can be slow so just watch your time if you are in a hurry. Been back several times.
Got a chicken salad sandwich it was fantastic! I'll definitely be back on a regular basis
