Dr. Subramanian spent a lot of time with me on my initial visit, going over possible causes for my condition. She is very personable and provided me with a detailed approach to discovering the cause(s) for my skin problems.
Unbelievable customer service from appointment scheduling with Regina to seeing Dr. Subramanian - called on Monday seen Wednesday - all testing was done in the office - Dr. explained everything to me - answered every one of my questions - I would recommend her and her staff to everyone. Scheduling was so easy - Regina gave me a web site for retrieving paper work to fill out through Signature Medical Group. I cannot say enough about the Dr. and staff.
Doctor is really good but they have very serious communication problem with the staff on Saturday! The lady works on Saturday is kind of mean.
Selecting a new physician can be stressful and sometimes an unpleasant experience. From my first call to Dr. Subramanian's office, to the scheduling of the appointment and the actual appointment -- all was very positive. The receptionist Gina was pleasant and extremely helpful. Dr. Subramanian's was professional, informative and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Subramanian to anyone who is looking for an allergy and immunology physician.
First time I felt like the a doctor listened to me and actually wanted to help me get better
I was very fortunate to have two primary care managers refer me to see Dr Subramanian for possible allergy issues. I chose to take care of some other treatments before finally getting to the point that I needed to visit her for help with what I thought were allergies. I came in and I believe Joy helped me complete paperwork required. Went through some tests and at all times everyone wanted to be sure I was comfortable as well explaining to me what we were going to do next. OUTSTANDING!
Dr. Subramanian and her staff are great. They work well as a team and have provided me with excellent treatment and helpful explanations of the process. I whole heartedly recommend this office to anyone needing help with allergies.
Dr. Subramanian and her assistant Joy are amazing they make you feel as comfortable as can be and understand that allergies can cause your daily life to become miserable. She took the time to ask me questions and to understand how I was feeling and what goal for my allergies. I was always very worried about going to see someone but I am truly happy that I went to see Dr. Subramanian and I'm excited to finally be able to live and manage my allergies!
Dr. Subramanian was great and so was her office staff. I think I will finally get help for my asthma and allergies.
