My wife first visited this place in-person and as her condition getting worse they refused for in-person urgent care for second visit as she was running fever. After phone consultation and taking the prescribed meds her condition kept on getting bad and finally went to ER. She is hospitalized and cannot talk and the Newport Medical Center expected her to call and cancel the follow-up appointment within 24 hours else she may be charged the copay. Really?
