The property manger Trevor was always so so helpful and quick to respond and fix my issues.
The property manager, Trevor, is great! Really sad to be moving as I loved this area of Seattle & the walk score was fantastic! Neighbors are amazing & friendly. My plants will also miss the natural light from the windows.
I moved in earlier this month, and Trevor made the process so easy for me. I was viewing apartments remotely, and this building immediately caught my eye as it is in a cool area of Seattle and still had character left. Moving is a very stressful experience, but I felt comfortable sending Trevor a million questions and getting sensible and timely answers. I was able to get a garage parking spot in a place nearby, and it’s not a terrible walk either.
Just moved in and excited about this new unit. Decided on it because of the amount of space for the great price. Since it’s a new units, there are some challenges establishing internet but Trevor has been amazing with the support.
I just moved into this building and love it already! Trevor was really great to work with, super responsive and helpful with all of our questions and the move-in process. It's a beautiful building and I'm excited to live here!
