I originally gave this place a 5 star review in November 2024 at the request of the landlord because he said he earns money for good reviews, so I thought it was nice at the time. I had mentioned the stomping from upstairs neighbor which is a common complaint and something potential tenants like to know, but what is happening now is much bigger than noise. We’ve lived here for 2 months and love this area, it’s very charming, walkable, and so close to parks and restaurants! Trevor has done well as property manager and has helped us with all our questions and facilitated an overall smooth move in. It is an old building, so it’s a bit creaky and doesn’t have powered ventilation/AC. But i love the light and charms/quirks. giving 4/5 stars since it is a bit pricey, but you’re paying for the great area!
I just moved in a few weeks ago and am loving the unit and building so far! Floors creak a bit and you can hear the neighbor stomping upstairs, but it makes me more conscious of my steps so I’m aware of my downstairs neighbor. And it is an older building with new updates in the kitchen and bathroom, so there’s a lot of charm and history I love in this building. I've lived here for almost 2 years & it's been a great experience! Older buildings tend to be harder with unpredictable things going on in them, but the property management here has been 5 stars. Trevor the property manager lives close by and I've truly never lived somewhere with a more responsive PM. The neighbors are great, the building itself is huge/clean, and all in all an amazing experience.
