I’ve seen Dr. Spataro for over a decade with great pleasure. Made an appointment with NP Dotti and couldn’t understand why she was reluctant to do testing to confirm that I was in menopause. I questioned blood work again regarding possible thyroid issues vs. peri menopause, she told me to see my GP. For testing.I left with a smile but slightly baffled as to my understanding that GYN’s treat menopause symptoms not a GP. In other words, my GP would refer me to a GYN if my blood work hormonal changes that suggested menopause.

The most rudest workers that answer the phone. They make mistakes and then give me attitude because I’m asking simple questions to book appointments.

I was pleasantly surprised with Laura Doti, NP or PA… I sometimes overload the practitioner with information. Sometimes the provider doesn’t allow to do more than what is scheduled. I was able to get blood work and wellness exam and I will return for a pelvic ultrasound and for the results. Didn’t wait long. Front desk was cheerful and helpful.

Went there for a monthly appointment about my birth control. My friend came with me because she also had an appointment around the same time. As my friend was waiting for her doctor, the nurses/medical assistants acted very unprofessional. She overheard them laughing about a sample I gave them and was gossiping about how my results would turn out, which they were wrong about. Glad I switched to a different office.
