Hamptons Gynecology and Obstetrics was founded in 1971 to provide high quality, efficient gynecological and obstetrical care to the women of the East End. At the present time, care is provided by nine doctors, three nurse practitioners and two midwives. We maintain four offices, Southampton, Riverhead, Hampton Bays and Center Moriches. Dr. Schmitt performed surgery on me a yr and month ago and although it was a good surgery the healing took longer than what I was told. I was told that it takes 6 weeks and It took longer and when I explained to her my ins did not cover pelvic pt she looked at me as if no care. If I didn't do my own research with patience I wouldn't be able to walk. it would of been nice to hear a full explanation on what the body does after such a major surgery, especially it being my 1st. happy the growth came out disappointed in the lack ... read more
