If I could give this office a zero I would. I called to confirm an appointment and the lady who answered the phone argued with me and then hung up as I was asking a question. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold to then be hung up on. I'm very disappointed.
I brought my girlfriend for a 1pm appointment and the entire office was empty.. We sit and wait and the WHOLE office (Drs and all) didn't stroll in until 115 carrying tbeir lunch At that time they act like we are in the wrong place until we asked if this was in fact an OBGYN, at which time they seemed to remember that yes they were in fact an OBGYN... Very unprofessional and unhelpful... Praying for her sake that the exam goes better than the unprofessionalism displayed so far.... Wow
