As a lifelong athlete, I sustained numerous head injuries and have short term memory issues and do not sleep well. I heard about HBOT as a tool to help my cognitive issues, so I reached out to Hampton Roads Hyperbaric and made an appointment. I enjoyed 40 'dives' and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm sharper at work, have better recall and sleep like a baby. I can't say enough how much I encourage people to make an appointment. Today! :)
A great experience! If you've never done HBOT before, you are missing out, and this is the place to do it. Friendly staff and a very well-kept facility.
