i’ve had to see dr hassan twice...he’s amazing. he listens to what my problems are. he gives the best advise. he’s very patient. He even interacted with my kids which was sweet. He tells me what’s best route to go i never have doubt in him. the office staff where amazing as well. very nice and great interaction with me and my kids as well! i felt very welcomed there. never had any issues what so ever!
My daughter has had 2 E.R. visits after having a endoscopy 4 days prior with dilation. Dr. Hassan sent her to the emergency room to get fluids after 24 hrs of vomiting in case he had to rescope her. Knowing he was not on call after office hours. His partner, Dr. Corbett was on call and did not come see her and said follow up on the office in the morning. I love Dr. Hassan If I have to wait, I just patiently wait my turn, cause I would hate the thought that they were rushing though my procedure or visit cause they are clocking the time. I want to be made to feel like I matter and not just another number. In my 3 yrs I’m always satisfied when I leave! Thank You for the GREAT care!
RecommendedThe customer service is awesome. The doctor makes you feel like you’ve known him all your life therefore you begin to feel relaxed and very comfortable. I would recommend you guys any/all day!
Dr Corbett has been my Gastro since I moved to this area over 15 years ago. She is personable and takes great care of me and whatever concerns I have she attends to them with professionalism.
I have been seen by Dr. Corbett for several years now. I have had several procedures done by her also. I really like how thorough she has always been & how helpful she has been to get me on a road to wellness!
I have had so many issues with the staff here. Medications being lost in translation, lack of communication, and then theres the fact that anyone you call on the phone is flat out rude or can't offer a consistent answer/level of information as provided by any other staff member. At least be consistent. There are a few kind secretaries and Dr. Hassan is excellent but please have the rest of your staff work on their people skills.
Very disappointing visit. Waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes to be seen for maybe 10 minutes.
