Dr. Wali is worth her weight in gold. I visited 11 doctors trying to get someone to listen to me about my big toe being infected. For 2 years each doctor dismissed my symptoms as being an ingrown toenail and sent me packing without so much as an x-ray. By the time I finally insisted that a general practitioner schedule an x-ray for me it was too late to even save my toe with my infection going into the bone. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. I have been waiting on a referral from them for months. They have an automatic message that sends to your phone when they cant get to the phone, I reply to the message and they never respond. If you are in a lot of pain, do not waste your time and money with this office.
I overheard employees talking down on other employees and managers discreetly—assuming that no one could hear them around that thin glass but because the lobby was so quiet all of the patients heard everything that they were saying. It’s so disgusting how someone feels that they are so above that they talk so low of others and they have no idea what encounters their life, another thing.
