I overheard employees talking down on other employees and managers discreetly—assuming that no one could hear them around that thin glass but because the lobby was so quiet all of the patients heard everything that they were saying. The “medical pedicure” is just nail clipping - nothing more. It would be more honest to call it nail clipping. Disappointing for $70 and about 10 minutes of service.
