Dr. Meng Liu : very nice and professional
Beware, this is an automated office. No one will pick up a phone if you try to reach reception. This is especially difficult for older patients. Continual loop phone message. Very frustrating.
To say that I am grateful for Dr. Wali is an understatement. I had been dealing with an obvious toe issue for 2+ years of which multiple doctors would not take seriously. At the first appointment Dr. Wali immediately took the right steps towards treatment with the big picture in mind and longevity/quality of life being considered from the start. Had visited practice and seen by Dr. Houseworth for an ingrown toe nail. Completed procedure and follow up today. This Doc was excellent. He is caring; an educator and professional that goes the extra mile with your condition. He looks at the overall health of your feet. Only criticism is the staff member who ensures that proper pain meds are kept in stock. He only had the three hour pain killer and there was a ten hour one that wasn't stocked at the Hampton office.
