Long line to get in but moved pretty quickly. Many items for sale.
Great location! Wonderful staff! Just held an event at HRCC and I couldn't be happier. Elise Rankins and Stephanie Poteet, Kevin and Lori were a pleasure to work with...... easy communication and quick fixes made the event run smoothly. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! To all the staff at HRCC and Embassy Suites who made last night a beautiful event for all.... looking forward to November 18, 2017!
It was a little hard to move around a little bit and the back part of the stage was a little underlit but that is coming from a photographer.
Had a fantastic time at the Bodacious Bazaar! Only wish they had more food vendors as the concession food was not very good. Glad we got there early Saturday, it got crowded quickly! Looking forward to the Spring Bazaar!
There was a long line to get in but it moved fairly quickly. I appreciate the trolley running around the parking lot as well. There were a lot of vendors and a good variety of items for sale. It was crowded and sometimes difficult to walk around but it was a great atmosphere and people were polite and considerate. Every vendor we spoke with was friendly and helpful whether or not we purchased from them.
I agree that it was hard to move around but that meant there were a lot of vendors and people shopping. But it was good as it has been. Santa and Mrs Claus were wonderful. I do like being inside rather than outside like last Spring. Only complaint....the ladies room we used prior to the doors opening, was totally out of needed things like TP and paper towels. You knew we were coming right ??
Moving the Jazz Legacy Foundation event to the Hampton Roads Convention Center was an excellent idea! To make the event even greater they should consider having food vendors; not a whole lot but perhaps 1-2. With all the alcohol being served I think it would be a great idea; but the venue itself was great!
