Maria So Disrespectful & the New management !! I miss jasmine she was very understanding, so Maria will force evict you try turn Utility bills off if it’s in apartment name not knowing that’s against the law , I’ve been here, my name, not even on the lease any thing happen it could be law suit !!!! Told Maria a move out date , some how the utility bill got put back in apartment name , in Maria threating too shut off the lights until me & my family move out , she not knowing the law of force Eviction I call she hung up in my face . They have new Management she Terrible i wish jasmine was back!!!! But I been here over a year good neighborhood , apartment was Terrible keep up!!! I’m so glad me & my family found some way better . The apartments are in a great location, close to downtown and the University of South Carolina. I had some issues when moving in, but they were quickly resolved. The maintenance technicians are excellent and always take care of repairs promptly.
Jasmine was the only reason I stayed and didnt fight with them too much, but the PEST (ROACHES)is ridiculous! When I first got there, they said the last tenants left it and that they will get past control. Okay, 3 months in... still filled with roaches so I gave up. I decided to not stay there. Even after paying rent for a whole year, the roaches are very present and very big AND they did NOT give me any discount. Not to mention, the walls are paper thin. Its ridiculous.
