I worked with Maria in the leasing office, and she has been nothing but kind and professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. GRAPHIC! Bathroom ceiling has been flowing with water and I’ve been putting in maintenance request since July (they did not fix it until October). I was told by Jasmine (super rude) over and over “there are no pipes above me so they don’t know where it’s coming from” they got someone to come but did not tell him it was water damage but to just scrape the popcorn ceiling off and replace. When he did he noticed the moldy water damaged ceiling he had to cut it away to replace it and in the process I was able to see that there a... read more
