Such great services to the community.
This place is excellent.....there is room to grow as long as you keep the pace and develop a system that works for you.
The waiting area is filthy! Stains in the chairs and carpet. I have seen people that got a ride just to be told their appointment has been canceled! The employees are rude and demeaning attitude; talking "down to you" making it seem like your the problem. Or making you feel stupid. It took me 4 months to get into therapy!
I was a resident at Dresden since 2016 and had a hard time with neighbors and drug activity and wanted to move out but had no help. April started working there and helped me get a voucher and made the place better. She helped me find movers and helped me with my lease at my new place when I didn't have help before. It makes a difference when someone cares about you and your neighbors
