I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on November 2022 and although, overall I am pretty satisfied with the actual vehicle, I would still strongly advise against anyone dealing with this dealership as they are as sweet as could be to a potential customer, once they have your money the friendly mask comes off and they show their true selves. I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX60 three months ago - thank goodness I purchased the warranty! I had to have my car towed in last week - they said they had to replace the alternator and gaskets. Then, had to have it towed back because the battery died. They said the battery is not covered by the warranty and I had to pay $265. Did anyone think to check the battery when the alternator was changed? Went to Hampton Mitsubishi to see the new Outlander SEL. They had just received in a new shipment so I was able to test drive one. Very nice car. The salesman was very nice, and was able to even show me how to get an app on my phone that worked with my car. Not pushy.
