Very disturbed at how they are treating a friend of mine right now. No AC on the hottest days of the year and no response or help from management.

So... you let your tenants go without AC on one of the hottest weeks of the year? To the point where they have to pack their stuff and leave to stay at an in laws house? And your corporate manager wants to say it’s “the tenants choice to leave the apartment” even though it’s 90 degrees. I’m sure your corporate manager wouldn’t be sitting with her feet up in a 90 degree apartment. Yikes. Social media is powerful, and hopefully people read these reviews and spend their money elsewhere - especially during a pandemic. Pitiful.

Business response:

Hello, Ms. Pandolfini! Can you please contact us directly? We have searched our database and do not have any residents under your name.

Only live here if you enjoy a 90 degree third floor apartment. Air conditioner has been broken for 11 days. They said it’s equivalent to a stove being broken and they’ll fix it when they can. They won’t prorate rent even though the apartment is unlivable. The woman on the phone she still has to pay her mortgage even if her AC is broken so my family still has to pay rent, but last time I checked rent included working appliances and a mortgage doesn’t. The management is also rude and I wouldn’t live here if it was free. I’d le... read more

TL,DR: If you like having your water shut off with no warning/communication, going without AC for almost 2 weeks during the hottest days of the year, a leasing office staff that is unwilling to prorate your rent despite unlivable conditions that have forced you to stay elsewhere while waiting for repairs, and a corporate office that is always unavailable despite promising on several separate occasions to return your calls, this is the place for you! I guess I should have seen... Continue Reading

Business response:

Hello, Ms. Baier. Thank you for sharing your review with us. My apologies for the delayed response on Facebook, however, it is my understanding our team has been in contact with you offline over the past few days. At this point I believe our Regional Manager and Regional Service Manager as well as Chris have been in touch with you and have reached a resolution. We worked as quickly as possible to get the parts required for your AC fixed and as of yesterday afternoon it should be up and running. If it is still now working to ... read more

Renters beware! This definitely isn't the place to call home.

Hampton Manor apartments are the best value in the Cockeysville area. We have lived in a few different complexes managed by other companies and have done tours at almost all of the complexes in the area. Hampton Manor, by far, was the “best kept secret”! We got a newly renovated 2 bedroom for a very reasonable cost. It had a great look to everything, awesome faux wood floors, new carpet, new cherry cabinets, new grey granite counters, new stainless appliances, and beautiful large window/sliding door to a great balcony that o... read more

We loved living at Hampton Manor. It was secluded and quiet, always well kept grounds, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our apartment was big enough for two adults and two kids. We never had any pest issues. Parking was a pain at times depending on how late you came home. The gym equipment was top notch. The pool is huge but I recommend pool shoes because my boys always got banged up by the sharp floor. If we didn’t have to move out of state, we would still be living there.
