We used your services this weekend for a family wedding in the Hamptons. Johnny was our driver, who was excellent!! He was so kind and accommodating. I was traveling with 2 senior citizens and he helped with all of the luggage and getting us all into the vehicle. He made stops when we needed to stretch our legs for a minute and kept us calm thru that lovely NY traffic we were not used to...being from Iowa! If I could give zero stars I would. Very terrible customer service when I called the owner because of being overcharged, he called me names, and said I was cheap because they didn't disclose their mandatory tips/taxes, etc. Also they tell you it will be one type of car and then show up in a Hyundai - I would NEVER recommend using this company. Avoid at all costs.
