I lived at Hampton Lakes for 15 months and it was a great place to live. Apartment quality: appliances were great and always working. I loved the view of the Lakes. There’s smart home app made it easy to manage temperatures and lock doors. I always felt safe. Neighborhood: generally quiet. There’s a lot of young working adults and retirees. I had a two part maintenance request and both times CJ and Ken went above and beyond, replacing items that weren’t on the list but could use an upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised both times!!! Excellent work for this happy camper!
