I’m upset that we can’t get our room refunded due to a cancelled event in Columbus. Terrible customer service to not be understanding during this time and all that is going on with coronavirus.
RecommendedOur stay here was very lovely, quiet and very clean. I love the valet parking and the customer service has been wonderful. And it was nice that there are so many wonderful bars in walking distance. We will definitely book here again.
RecommendedWe stayed here while seeing a concert at Express Live and loved how close it was! We didn’t need a cab and it was a short walk. There are places to eat and drink all around so you won’t be bored! There is a $25 valet fee put on your bill I didn’t see when booking but you won’t need a cab so it all evens out! The only thing I noticed is that the beds were harder than I remember them ever being like that. Other than that no complaints!
Horrible! Arrived tired with luggage and told could not check in because reservation did not have my name. That forced me to wait over 3 hours in Ohio on my first visit to Ohio. Such service does not belong in the hotel industry. Concierge not friendly and bordering on rude. Absolutely last time ever staying at a Hilton hotel.
Kudos to the young men working the week of June 11! Courteous, helpful, and professional. Great customer service!!! Great job guys.
I would stay here if you are going to be out late drinking and just want to come back after the bars close to crash. If you want to go to sleep before 2:30 AM, I would try elsewhere. They brought me earplugs but I could still hear the music thumping and when I asked about another room they told me the bars will close in a half hour anyway. The room was very clean and nice!
