Shout out to Carol that works here and has 5 star customer service. She is friendly, helpful and makes customers feel at home. I also witnessed her offer that same level of quality service via phone to a potential customer.
This is review is more about the customer service and less about the hotel. Ambritt and Ashia went above and beyond with their customer service skills. They both were very attentive and friendly. Ambritt also served as a concierge as she kindly recommended dinner, shopping, and excursion options. Ashia accommodated my requests with a smile. Each lady represented the brand well!
We have stayed here over a half dozen times on our way to and from Florida. Great location and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the hot breakfast and location. Unfortunately the rooms are showing their age, especially the bathrooms. The wall covering is peeling. Toilet flush seemed unreliable, but it worked.
