Message for Alex and Millie (apparently those are the managers). We had the worst experience I’ve yet had at a Hampton inn. No sheets, pillows or blankets for the sofa bed in the room. When calling the front desk they said they didn’t realize we were even in the room yet (7 hours after checking in). They said they guy who handles supplies just left. Lol. I’m like… soooo? From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. During my stay, I ran into a minor issues, but Alex, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. The location—it’s within walking distance of several restaurants. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worst Hampton inn I have ever stayed at and I stay at Hampton inn every other week for work. I stayed there to take my grandchildren (ages 3 and 5) awimming. I couldn't do that because there were to many big kids in it with no adult supervision. They literally splashed all the water out of the hot tub. I paid for a king suite and got a king room with a pullout sofa. I pulled the sofa out to put the kids to bed and there was deiws food on the sheets.
