I’ve been staying at Hiltons for over eight years, and unfortunately this was by far my worst experience. The location is great, but the rooms were subpar. They were musty and had a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke, like a property that used to allow smoking and never fully recovered. Upon checkout (8/31), I asked about paying cash, as I had been told over the phone when booking that it was possible. The staff is very professional and specifically Sonny is very good at his job. We initially had some problems with our first room smelling musty. He quickly accommodated us and got us a new room, no problem.
