Update— I now see that they are in the middle of renovations, so I changed the 3 star rating to 4 stars. If they fix the elevator and other issues it might be 5 stars after renovations are completed. Probably should work harder on keeping guest areas cleaned up though. (Boxes by the pool, dirt in the stairwell, etc.) Overall it’s an ok hotel, just needs some updates a deep clean. Very disappointed The hotel staff were not honest with us and their customer service was terrible. Even after phone calls, we got no response or help. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would not recommend at all.
