We stay here on our monthly trips to Wichita. It's close to his work and a few blocks off a main drag and about 10 minutes from downtown. They are currently renovating the rooms so its kind of hit or miss if you get one of the new rooms. But the rooms are always clean and only once got a room that smelled of mildew or wet cat litter. They moved us immediately with no issues. They have a pool with an adult hour from 11pm to midnight. My only complaint is the breakfasts aren't consistent.
