This was my first time staying here and all me and my wife could say is wow what a great experience. We were warmly greeted by the general manager who was working the front desk and all the staff the we encountered went out of their way to be nice. The next morning Jack the gm was out front cooking homemade blueberry pancakes an addition to the included breakfast. The room and facility was very nice and well kept. I had a nice stay. Rooms are just outdated
Literally best Hampton in WV and maybe even the states. Always look forward to a stay here & the service is impeccable.
Update: Passing through on business again and made it a point to make this our stop over. If I could give extra stars, I would. Can't say enough good things about this EXCELLENT Hampton. Clean rooms, kind and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Mon night manager's welcome dinner. Wow! Great stay! .. was passing through on business...I'll be back.
