I have to take time to thank Ms. Taneshia for her superb service and hospitality. I arrived a little early but she was able to get me a room right away and was so happy to do it. Just awesome lady. I also have to thank Ms. Alicia with housekeeping. I had just worked out a little bit to hard in the hotel fitness center and on my way back to my room I see her cleaning cart and there's a jar of mixed nuts on it. Hotel Maintenance is horrible. The building has gone downhill fast. Positives: friendly & courteous employees at the front desk. Rooms are spacious. Negatives: 1. Exterior glass door at the entrance is dirty. 2. Hallway carpet is filthy, dirty, torn/ripped in sections. I wouldn't allow a pet to walk on the Hallway carpet barefoot. It's that filthy. 3.
