Love the staff, friendly and accommodating. My kids enjoyed themselves and were comfortable. Was there for my son's graduation from navy boot camp.
Check in was quick and easy. Yesensia was great to work with. She worked patiently we us to ensure we had the correct room. The bed was a little hard to sleep on but other than that everything else was great.
Yesensia was very nice and helpful. I am not from the area and she gave me some great suggestions on where to eat.
Location was a little tricky to get into and the pot holes are terrible. Yesensia though was very pleasant and apologized for the pot holes. My son was graduating from the Navy and we enjoyed the stay.
When did Hampton Inn & Suites become a third-rate hotel??? The staff was friendly enough and the breakfast was good, but on a 5-night stay for boot camp graduation, we shouldn't have to ask, repeatedly, for housekeeping services. We were supposed to get service everyday. We FINALLY got someone to get our trash and dirty towels on our last full day at the hotel.
