We stayed here during our visit to Six Flags Great America, and it was a great experience! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and everything smelled fresh and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was also delicious and with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
The lobby and front desk were clean and bright but the third floor was completely worn out. As you exit the elevator the carpet is torn and a major tripping hazard. The room itself was clean and well maintained. I assume the other floors in the hotel were in the same condition. I stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties and expect more than this hotel offered.
