I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in Tuscaloosa, AL on interstate drive this past Monday. We typically stay at this hotel twice a year reserving up to 18 rooms each time. This visit I reserved 9 rooms. We have had problems with our stay in the past but always chose to overlook them because our group likes Hampton hotels. This past stay has been by far the worst stay I have had and has been meet with no apology or recourse from the hotel or its staff.
