It would have been a great stay if they didn’t breakdown the breakfast bar 45 minutes early and rush the guests out before their breakfast hours even ended.
The hotel was not very clean, many sticky and damp spots on the carpet. The hotel has an odd odor and not up to Hampton standards. This place should be a Super 8. The kitchen staff lady was on her phone playing music while the tv was on. She was sitting in the corner doing nothing to help guests.
The stay was great, room was clean, breakfast was good. However at checkout was when it all fell apart. Desk agent was rude and then when I asked for a couple bottles of water for the road (which has always been free at any Hilton I've ever stayed) she didn't want to give it to me, stated they were only for members. She was really put out when I told her that I am a Gold member. This attitude is not what I expect from Hilton. Night desk lady says she can do what she wants and literally YELLS at guests. She thought we were just gonna take it though. Don’t stay here.
