On a short trip to Topeka KS for remembrance ceremony for a recently passed cousin. So, not vacation , not business. Clean, quiet, room. Well appointed and comfortable for my needs. The provided breakfast was more than adequate and tasty. Centrally located, this Hampden Inn makes an excellent base for activities in Topeka and surrounding counties. A good value for the $$ spent.
Update:: The manager called me this am after reading the review. She was very nice and helpful. She explained what happened and made things right to the best of her ability. I really appreciated that she adressed the problem and came to me. My best advice is to make sure you speak with the hotel directly. We thought we did, apparently it was not the hotel but Expedia.
