Wonderful experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. Third year in a row that our group has stayed here. Planning on next year.
We traveled from AZ to NY and this was the best hotel. Staff was awesome. Room was clean and breakfast was good. We also left some personal items in the room and the staff worked with us to locate it. Luckily we have family in the area that was able get the items to be mailed back to us. Nice area and a lot of shops and restaurants near by. My only complaint was a lot of broken equipment on the gym.
We stay here often and this past weekend we had our room booked and unfortunately had a family emergency and we called to see if we could switch to another date and they wouldn't do it for us, charged me 200 dollars for nothing. We won't be staying here ever again and I'm sure there compitition will take better care of us when we come up to see our grandkids 8-10 times a year
An okay place to stay in. Dinning area is clean. Pool and gym are good. Rooms need better cleaning, some wall have mold specifically in between wall paper. Big downside is that there's a homeless community in their backyard. Also the kitchen lady should keep comments to her self, it was 6am in the morning instigating about food portions a person consumed making it awkward in the dining room.
