We stayed 4 nights. Great location. Quiet. Room was clean, comfortable and functional. It had a large couch, which was nice to have for a long stay. Staff were good. Breakfast area clean and well stocked. They even had fee cookies in the afternoon and “to go” breakfast bags for those in a hurry. 4 stars on room due to dated furniture. They said they’re hoping to remodel this year.
Ian at the front desk was very accommodating. All of the staff there were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were very very clean as well as the entire property. Would definitely return.
Pool was very murky. Hot tub was like warm at best and and had a large amount of sand in the bottom. Everything in the room was covered in dust. People were great. However wouldn’t allow to use our Hilton Honors.
Hotel is dated. Room smelled musty. Food debris on the carpet. Previous guest soap and hair left in the shower. Housekeeping had no attention to detail. As a traveler in a hotel room almost every night this is definitely a disappointment to the brand
Checked in, got up to my room. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit with a strong weed smell. Put my stuff down, went back to the desk before dinner and mentioned it to the clerk. I asked if there was another room but was willing to try an air freshener first. He offered to check the room and spray air freshener while I was at dinner. I accepted. Came back, John was very nice and said he went up, sprayed, and turned the fan on. But if I was not happy, he would move me. I got back to the room and it still smelled but it wa... read more
