The Hampton Inn provided exactly what I expected—a clean, comfortable, and reliable stay. However, the service from Cassie at the front desk was anything but average. I’ve been here on an extended trip for work, and Cassie has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my entire stay. Nice, clean and quite. Great breakfast. Located perfectly for shopping and relaxing
Customer Service was amazing! Had another hotel booked that fell through. Tried multiple hotels with no luck and then called this location and the man himself, Austin, answered. He quickly set us up with two no notice rooms and displayed the utmost professionalism is assisting us with our stay. Dubbing him Awesome Austin, he reminded me why I’m an honors member.
Good hotel, great rooms, great personnel One dislike is no laundry service and no laundry supplies for self service
Not one of the nicest looking Hampton's but the service way beyond kind, sweet & thoughtful. Love the staff. Also, at a great location, right by a Waffle House and TJ Maxx, etc.
