I had a really great stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were incredibly nice and genuinely great people who made me feel welcome right away. Aliyah late at night was amazing. The guy before her was also top tier. They upgraded my room at no extra cost, which was a huge and very appreciated surprise. The property is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The pool area is awesome, especially having both a pool and a hot tub — perfect for relaxing. Pet friendly. Clean. Friendly staff.
My family and I came to celebrate New Year's Eve, it wasn't too far from Bryce resort. We chose this hotel for the hot tub, Pool and complementary breakfast but sadly, the pool was murky and according to the description on the wall, it hadn't been maintenance since December 6. The hot tub is not hot and when I brought this all to the attention of the front desk, she said that they have been trying to fix it for a long time, but something about a sensor. No stars Management disrespectful and customers service pathetic like Braden who hung up on me when trying to ask comunity question. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH OVER PRICED FLITHY ROOMS, ANASTY POOL AND HOT TUB ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE THIS PLACE IS JUST NASTY.
