Went middle of the road on this review because I had a pretty good experience first time here, then sub-par on my next stay. Overall, I would be willing to stay here again but would check out some of the other hotels first. GOOD: Hotel was pretty clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Gym equipment looked brand new, presumably because most folks passing through here are too lazy to work up a sweat. I gave treadmill #1 a good breaking-in though. This Hampton was one of the best hotels for a handicapped person I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and bathroom setup for someone like me. The bed could be lower though. It's hard getting from a wheelchair up into bed. The service was excellent from the time we went through the main entrance. Desk workers were very courteous and all employees we saw throughout our stay were very nice especially Ms Carrie during breakfast. They had water damage awhile ago. Our credenza lights didn't function. I conduct zoom meetings and lighting was difficult at best. Everything else was typical Hampton Inn stuff.
Made reservations ahead of time for a double queen suite . Upon our arrival they gave us a regular room for 5 people. Told us they had no other rooms and it was not their fault that our room was not available. We requested a refund and they are trying to charge us a late cancelation fee. Hilton chain should be ashamed.
