We booked our room 3 weeks in advance and it clearly said two adults and three kids. they gave us the smallest room they had and no couch for my son to sleep on. so he had to bunk with my husband and I. very uncomfortable. they never came and cleaned the room for the three days we were there they didn't even bring toilet paper or clean towels we had to go buy those. and for breakfast was a bag that had a bottled water an orange a granola bar and a muffin. 🤨 we ended up going to McDonalds next door for breakfast for the rest... read more

Fantastic hotel, very spacious & clean rooms with extremely friendly and helpful staff. All recreational parks are nearby. the Kids had a blast
Ok so a few things. Yes this hotel is situated in a not so nice neighborhood and yes there are homeless people around and may ask you for some money, but to me it wasn’t a reflection on the hotel. Our room was clean, the front desk staff (crystal and mike) were awesome and helpful with anything you needed. The free breakfast was more than adequate. ( and u can walk to McDonald’s or BK or IHOP which are all right there if you want something else). Busch gardens is in walking distance of the hotel, we walked and had no problem... read more
Exceptional clean hotel. Very quiet and convenient to Busch Gardens. Me and my wife always get the king suite with wet bar.
It’s the perfect location if you want to go to Busch Gardens - walking distance! Rooms are large!
