Conveniently located in Carrier Circle, clean and great warm breakfast. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.! They are currently undergoing renovations, but that did not impact our stay whatsoever. I’m looking forward to seeing the updates!
Excellent customer service, decent rooms, good location. I stayed three different times over the course of 2.5 weeks. My university student son had a medical emergency and I came up to help him, moved him into the hotel with me, and eventually took him home. Everyone went above and beyond to help us and to ensure we had what we needed. I have to go back in a month and I'll definitely stay there again.
Great helpful staff
Worst stay I ever had at a hotel. I was charged 250 because they THOUGHT I was smoking inside when I clearly did all my smoking outside. No damage, no ashes, and I even tried to pick my own mess to make it easier for the staff. I'm still waiting on my 100 they claim to have refunded me. I will never stay there again, they literally stole from me.
My granddaughter bday was great ty so much for allowing me to have her 3rd birthday party there she love the pool and she wants to go again Thank you u guys are the best will be coming back. And I will be letting all me friend and family and business part know about ur hotel Yvonne osorio
