Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are kept up and clean. The A.C.worked well. Not enough ice machines and the pillows not great. The extra charge for parking is basically a money grab like some Marriotts started to do.
Absolutely the best experience I ever had in my life at an hotel, Room was clean the staff was amazing, the customer service was fantastic. I even had a pleasant interaction with Renee & Ken that made my experience a little better. And Colleen was 5 Star Amazing, Super Great front Desk Customer service.
The five stars is for the staff. As far as hotel rooms and facilities go, this place is good. What makes it so much better is the people who make this place run. The guy who took care of the breakfast area - fantastic. The housekeeping staff - lovely. The staff at the desk - wonderful.
