Staff were completely inflexible about cancelation window despite me having a family emergency. In the email correspondence specifically, the staff typed in all caps to express their rudeness. Will never ever book with them again, unless I want to pay $200 for nothing. Beware.
It's a nice hotel, nothing fancy for sure. Staff are nice, rooms were clean. Location is great.
Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is in a great location
Location is about 15 min walk from Heavenly and the casinos. Rooms and overall hotel was clean and modern. Air conditioning a bit noisy. Rooms in general are also a bit noisy as you can hear your neighbors if they are moving around. Breakfast is minimal with items like watery eggs and frozen potatoes if you're into that. A bagel and coffee is fine considering its part of the hotel expense. My biggest complaint is the sliding bathroom doors. There is zero privacy and no lock. Why?
