The hotel was clean, and all the staff were very nice and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to Linda, though! We have been traveling a lot lately, and most breakfasts are okay at best. Linda is killing it there, though! She was making sure the tables were wiped down frequently and the buffet was clean. The mattress was super hard to sleep on. I woke up with extreme pain in my back and shoulders. I stayed at the hotel next to this one the night before and had no issues. Someone was able to provide a thin topper that slightly helped, but I still lost a lot of sleep. Secondly, the conditioner (wall mount) was not filled. I found out the hard way when I was taking a shower. I tried several times to call the front desk to have them help bring me some conditioner to finish my shower, but no one picked up.
