The cleaning people slam doors for hours every morning, but other than that it was a nice stay.
Stopped for the night, Kassie was super helpful and friendly. Clean rooms.
Came in on Friday to officiate a wedding in Kings Mountain where. Snow storm delayed our return home. We were so well cared for and provided for by this team! Special thanks to Nesha, Kassie and Shawn at the front desk. They helped me procure some antacid for mild heartburn, and made sure that the lobby was clean and dry and safe! Nice hotel but the house keep could use a bit of improvement. There was dark stringy hair all over the floors and shower indicating it wasn’t cleaned well. Not to mention the walls are extremely thin, heard our neighbors argue for hours before the cops eventually showed up.
Great experience! We stayed during bad weather, and everyone was kind and helpful.
