Charged a $300 smoking fee but I don't smoke or vape. Neither does my wife. Apparently these sensors can be triggered by hair dryers, curling irons or a hot shower. Try telling the hotel staff that. Guilty until proven innocent. Infuriating! I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with hilton corporate.
Great stay during our trip! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. We were very pleased with the service, the breakfast, and the convenient location. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
They charge $15/day to park in the parking lot. They'll nickel and dime you to try to take as much money from you as possible.
Hampton or Hilton whatever is, will never see my family money again. is unacceptable to be charge for parking $15 at night in the desert, and I do not want add any comment of the conditions of carpet, inside the room and in the hallway.
