Nice hotel overall. I’m posting this negative review because they automatically charged me for parking despite not having a car. I then called to get it removed which took multiple days. They sent me a receipt with the refund, then added the parking fee back on, charged me again and sent me another receipt with the parking fee added back on. Ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, which seems to take advantage of guests who don’t carefully review their folio at checkout. After leaving, I noticed a $15 “service fee” charge and contacted the hotel for clarification. They informed me that this was a proactive parking charge—applied automatically because I hadn’t stopped at the front desk to confirm that I didn’t have a car.
