Traveled here for a business trip. Not a typical Hilton. The parking lot was dark. There was loud people in the hallways all night. Could not sleep. The light in the room went out and I reported it and they never came to replace the bulb so room was dark. Pillows were lumpy and old. Mildew on bathroom ceiling. Bed was lumpy and sheets did not fit and kept coming off the corners. Room was adequate and clean. Nice view of sunrise. Easy to get to, convenient location and.close to all.
Xavier was great, his customer service is outstanding and definitely deserves some recognition.
This place doesn't enforce parents watching their kids. The staff however was very nice and the place appeared clean. Anyways, I stayed here a few days over the Thanksgiving weekend to visit family. Apparently there was what appeared to be 2 or 3 boys soccer teams also staying here. I'm guessing ages somewhere between 10 and 15. The first night was complete chaos.
