Decent place to stay. Nothing over the top but clean and comfortable.
I stayed here for a weekend work trip. The hotel itself was so nice and clean. Room was spotless and comfortable with a wonderful view of the area. Michelle was super helpful in our stay and accommodated us wonderfully. She was informative and very fun to chat with. I wanted to be sure to shout her out in this review (: The complimentary breakfast was a treat too. Waffles were the star of the show but the mini omelettes were amazing. Coffee, milk, almond milk, and juice.
Clean facility, friendly and attentive staff, convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and activities. Breakfast was hot and fresh when it was in stock.
$370 false smoking charge I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn Scottsdale many times, but they hit me with a $370 charge saying I smoked in the room — I don’t even smoke. I was promised call-backs from managers that never happened, and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. Extremely unprofessional. Has anyone else dealt with this?
