Update: the GM did reach out to me with a sincere attempt to make this right. He had been misinformed & told that there was miscommunication with housekeeping, when it all stemmed from the day manager. The kind lady on night shift, embarrassed, but doing as she was asked & housekeeping that we never spoke to should not have been thrown under the bus. My husband and I did appreciate the GM's thoughtful attempt to make things right & we hope going forward this is a successful learning experience. We stay here at least 8 times ... read more
Customer service was amazing, David was very helpful and welcoming. We aren’t from the area but he was very knowledgeable and recommended some places to visit. The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants, gas stations, ect. The rooms were nice and comfy.
I stayed a couple nights had a very pleasant time staff was great exspecially David. He was very warm & friendly with me & my gbabies. I will stay again soon!!!
My experience here was great rooms were clean, and nice and cozy. Shout out to David at the front desk he was very helpful and kind.
