Great location, great breakfast but a lot to be desired in terms of overall quality. 1. Second time in the last 3 months that I've stayed there and over 50% of the T.V. channels are not available. 2. Stayed 3 nights and expected to have at least one room cleaning, bathroom towels were changed but bed was not made. 3. Closet/bathroom door would not open/shut. 4. Love this place. Great rooms and polite staff. This will be our regular spot to stay whenever we go in to see my family. See y'all in December.
BEWARE!!!!!!! I checked in on Friday night late. I have always used the mobile key card. After struggling to bring my luggage upstairs with my children (there were no luggage carriers downstairs) my key was not working. I had to go back downstairs. My children came with me and were not being loud, however multiple people came out of the rooms to complain to my kids and tell them to shut up.
