I loved my experience at the hotel. It was the last stop on my birthday road trip before heading home to Chicago. I've been through Illinois and Tennessee for a full week while staying in lots of hotels, and it feels good to have a beautiful King suite with great customer service. On my way out, Airrica gave me the best compliment with a huge smile while asking about my experience. She was pleasant and joyful to see as I exited the property. Clean and super friendly service.
Best room we have ever had. Very spacious and not the “traditional” hotel setup. Bed was super; wide spacing beside the bed. The closet had a huge extra space where you could put luggage. Desk was well placed to serve multi functions. Sofa sleeper was amazingly comfortable to sit on with throw pillows and side tables. Wish more hotels were like this.
