The Hampton Inn and Suites in Schererville was a lovely experience. My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and her two young boys. The pool was a big hit. The rooms were immaculate, and beds were very comfortable. Erica was manning the front desk during our two-day stay, and she was an absolute delight. My husband and I thought it would be a good idea to stay at this particular hotel due to the convenience of our NYE plans. Regrettably, I wish we would have just stayed at the other location nearby since we typically love our stay at Hampton Inn in other cities. We were excited only to have it ruined by one of the staff members of the hotel. I originally called down to report our toilet not flushing and continued to run. The young woman was nice. The Schereville Hampton is a wonderful place to stay. We live in the area and planned a staycation and rented a room for our daughter's 7th birthday for the 26th of December and she loved it! We took her and 6 yr brother swimming, pool was open and absolutely clean and they had a blast. Personnel were attentive and friendly! We will definitely return to this location!
