This is absolutely the worst Hampton I have stayed in for a while. An upgrade means you are put on the main road right above the train that constantly goes by with ringing bells. Don’t be fooled by a balcony room upgrade. It’s an absolute joke. They also charged $10 for parking. There are many other choices better than this hotel.
I don't like to leave bad reviews at all, but I stayed here for two nights and the 1st night all the stuff from my truck got stolen ( they have "security", but he was just hanging out at his SUV all day/night). I will not stay here anymore or recommend this place to anyone who I care about. Good service and food here, but is not secure.
Ants in the room. Absolutely pathetic breakfast. Broken bathroom door and funky plumbing on bathroom sink. They also apparently don't clean the room or empty trash unless you specifically ask them to, and neglected to mention that on sign in. I've stayed at 1 starotels that were nicer.
