Shuttle service from airport. Dont forget to have their phone number handy. Van takes about 10 minutes to pick you up, pending traffic.

I expect to pay for parking in a downtown hotel, while on First Street this is not downtown. Just because the neighboring hotels also add this hidden fee doesn't mean you need to. Stay was typically of the category minus the hidden extra charge.

Nice hotel until we woke up with bites on our bodies. Hotel denied any bed bugs or previous reports. Doctors notes and pictures to confirm but still denied everything. Hotel refused to do anything about it unfortunately.

Rating: 1/5 Stars I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. I had a reservation at Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose Airport for April 11, booked through Priceline. At the end of March, my family experienced the loss of my mother-in-law. During that time, we were dealing with grief and funeral arrangements, and I was unable to use the reservation.
