Airport shuttle? Check the fine print! If you arrive outside of their service window, don’t expect assistance. This Diamond member was “disconnected”…which is perhaps this most polite way to say how I was treated as I learned of the hotel’s selective airport shuttle policy.
Showed up 4/12/2025 at 10:30pm after a 2.5 hour drive. Went to check in at the front desk under the reservation I made 12/28/2024 for 4/12/2025 and I was told that their system just went down and they couldn't check me in right at that moment. The desk clerk then directed me to try checking in by downloading the Hilton Honors app and entering my confirmation number. Teresa at the front desk is first rate. First time to this particular Hilton branded property. My room was good overall, however of access to the mini-fridge not so much. In addition the bathroom vanity faucet was the wrong type/design. The water was too close to the corner of the sink so using it was very awkward to say the least. I uploaded a video so you can see how the sink is more a watering trough for some sort of large comfort pet rather than a sink useful for various washing activities. It pains me to write this review. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, and even when they aren’t perfect, I typically feel comfortable and well-rested with no major complaints. Usually, you get what you pay for, but in this case, I feel like I paid to not get a good night’s sleep and for parking that I didn’t even get to use. I stayed for a night on 3/22 because I didn’t want to drive two hours back home after attending a friend’s baby shower.
