the room and everything is fine. but the real highlight was the breakfast chef Steve. breakfast was prompt and delicious and he came out and spoke to us and introduced himself. he's a very nice polite, and a good cook! give this man a raise ☺️
I've been a guest here for about 1 month because of my job with about 30 coworkers.. only 2 times Housekeeping cleaned my room.. really bad customer service don't waste money in this hotel
It's just gotten worse and worse. Why is this hotel letting someone else do reservations and such on my account? I personally just lost about $3,500 because of this hotel.
