nice worker stuff
Customer service too poor. Air-conditioning fan noisy. Breakfast area microwave was too filthy. Big name but very poor management.
This is a decent hotel. I had an issue with one of the guest laundry washing machines - it seemed to skip the spin cycle so my clothes were sopping wet. They did refund me for the cost of the washer and the extra dryer round I had to do to get my clothes dried. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, room service did ship my room once, which isn’t a huge deal but people do pay Hampton inn prices expecting good service. The gym is mediocre and that’s being kind. There is not a hot tub at this location which was a bit disappointing, but everything else you expect from a Hampton Inn and Suites was great.
